Baskin).

In the 1910 Census for Wheeler County, Texas (Justice Precinct 1 - District 218), Ann Fletcher, age 71 and "widowed" is listed as "Mother-in-law" in the household of Sallie Durham, age 50 and "widowed". (Ann Fletcher is most likely William M. Durham's mother, who may have remarried to a "Fletcher".)
