9. John Boone DURHAM was born about 1841 in Barren County, Kentucky.^1,8,9,17 It is not yet proven 100% that John Boone Durham is the son of John and Sarah Durham. A John Durham, age 9, does appear in the 1850 Census for Barren County, KY living in the household of Sally Durham. Also, J. B. Durham, age 15, appears in the 1860 census for Barren County, KY, living in the household of Berry H. Durham. I have placed John Boone Durham, with John and Sally Durham for now - until more evidence can be found.

There is a Sarah J. Durham, age 24, (possibly the youngest daughter of John and Sarah Durham), living in the household of John B. Durham and wife Sarah C., in the 1870 census for Barren County, Kentucky. There is also an "Annie L. (Durham) Davidson, wife of Alexander Davidson, living 2 doors away. She has a son named Jno (John) Davidson, age 3, listed in the 1870 census for Barren County, Kentucky.

In the 1880 census for Barren County, Kentucky. John Davidson, son of Alex and Ann (Durham) Davidson, is 13 years old and living in the household of John B. and Sarah C. Durham, and is listed as "lives as one of the family". Annie L. (Durham) Davidson may have died or remarried prior to the 1880 Census.

John Boone DURHAM and Sarah C. OWENS were married. Sarah C. OWENS was born about 1840 in Barren County, Kentucky.^9,17 John Boone DURHAM and Sarah C. OWENS had the following children:

54	i.	Carrie Bell DURHAM was born on 8 Mar 1875 in Kentucky.12 She died Heart Disease on 6 Jul 1946 in Barren County, Kentucky.12 Buried in Cave City, Kentucky. Never Married.
