Wesley Durham married Hannah Mcaddams 14 February 1836 in Orange County, North
Carolina. Wesley Durham was a member of the Antioch Church in Orange County until
March 1836 when his membership was terminated -- apparently because of his marriage
and move to Alamance County, North Carolina. I have not yet determined who his
parents were.
Wesley and Martha Durham family can be found in the 1860 Grayson County, Virginia
census. They added one new son to their family. This son, Joseph P. Durham, was
born about 1852 in North Carolins. Joseph moved with his sister Martha E. Durham
and her husband to Cherokee County, Kansas for the 1870 census but have found
no further information on him. The other sister Sarah moved to Lee County, Virginia
where she married her second husband. Wesley DURHAM and Hannah MCADAMS were
married on 14 Feb 1836 in Orange County, North Carolina.5,6,7 Orange County Marriages, 1779-1868
